Yes. An in-house legal design challenge. In this case it was even three!
🤓 Over the last three month three international teams of enthusiastic in-house lawyers at Beiersdorf had the chance to deep dive into the methodology of legal design thinking.
🎯 They collaboratively worked on new solutions for common problems of legal inhouse departments that arise around the topics of
- privacy policy,
- the scope of legal affairs and
- knowledge sharing.
💪With a hands on approach, that contained intensive workshops, regular coaching sessions tailored to the needs of each team, lots of hard work and even more fun, the teams surpassed themselves.
🏆In the end, there were winners only and impressive solutions that are not only incredibly creative but also easy to implement.
