Fact is, we all accept user agreements every day without knowing the exact content - mostly out of convenience, but also because companies contribute with complex details of their terms and conditions to the fact that it is simply too much effort for us citizens to read them. Our behavior in this regard is very human: Using a service is apparently more important to us than knowing the terms and conditions of offers. Legal Design offers an extremely useful contribution in this area: we simplify complicated legal texts and create clarity instead of confusion.
