The Challenge

The merger of two units due to a merger within a global organization meant that the strict approval system for the management of legal risks no longer fitted. Instead, the adoption of risk approval management led to major tensions and problems in the restructured organization.

The Approach

To find the painpoints and user needs in this new ecosystem, we approached the challenge with a research of all relevant stakeholders. Based on the gained insights we organized a co-creation workshop to develop new solutions and define better processes.

The Outcome
