The Challenge
How might we support GSK how to create innovative ideas around the question: how can we transform our core legal business in the era of AI and become a user centric law firm.
The Approach
A 1,5 day workshop with expert talks about the relevance of AI in general and in the context of legal business.
Build 10 interdisciplinary working groups working in paralell on topics divided in 5 sub groups working on AI in the law firm and 5 sub groups working on relevant questions using AI toward or as a service for clients.
The Outcome
After guiding all 100+ lawyers (senior partners, associates and other function employees) step by step through the method of legal design, the team developed 10 tangible prototypes. the Prototypes build an important base for the firm to further improve the ideas, test it with relevant stakeholders and implement practical wins after iteration.
